Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone, modified at the N-terminus with a trans-3-hexenoyl group that improves stability against enzymatic degradation. It is a standard reference GHRH agonist in adipose-tissue and GH-axis research. Research use only.

How it is studied
