Unopened, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, less shipping. Contact us first to receive a return authorization.
Because these are research materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned except in the case of a verified quality issue.
If a lot does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us with your lot number and we will investigate and, where warranted, replace or refund the affected units.
Wholesale returns are handled per your account agreement. Custom or reserved lots may be non-returnable.
